Clock Town
Clock Tower - Give the moon's tear to the nut and fly to the platform
Dueku Nut Play Ground - Get a perfect every day.

Post Office - Complete the 10 second challenge.
Swordman's School - Get the perfect score.

West Clock Town - Wear the Kamaro's Mask in front of the Rosa Sisters.
Bank - Save at least 5,000 rupees.

Town Shooting Gallery - Get the perfect score.
Treasure Box Shop - Pay to play as Goron Link and then open the chest.
Stock Pot Inn - Listen to Anju's Grandmother tell a story while wearing the All Night Mask.
Stock Pot Inn - Listen to Anju's Grandmother and wear the All Night Mask while she tells the 2nd story.
Mayor's Office - Wear the Couples Mask while there is a meeting.
Termina Field
In an area with lots of high grass by the Observatory look for a Deku Baba and walk around it until you fall into a hole. Only do this in the day time. Inside is a Pea Hat, defeat the Pea Hat to get a piece of heart.
Talk to the Akindo Nut in South Clock Town and do not trade him anything. Go to the Observatory and look around until you see him flying around. Leave the Observatory and go to Termina Field right in front of the Observatory. Look for a hole and jump in. Talk to the nut and he will give you a piece of heart for 150 rupees.
Infront of the area you go to enter Snowhead in Termina field is a hole that is close to one of the Dodongos. Go in it and there should be two dodongos in a small cave. Defeat them to get a piece of heart.
Go to the area that the Great Bay fence is. Turn into Goron Link and hit the boulder. Jump in the hole and shoot the big Deku Babas. Shoot down the behives on the roof and jump in the water as Zora Link to get it.
There are four holes in Termina Field that have Gossip Stones in them. Talk to the stones with the Mask of Truth and play the song they want being the right form of Link. When you transform the stone the others can be transformed by playing the same song.
Romani Ranch
Bet on the fastest dog in the race track and if you win more than 150 rupees.
Woodfall and the Southern Swamp
On the way to Southern Swamp there is a tree in the fork of the road. Kill the bats in the tree and climb up it.
Give Koume the potion and talk to the guy in the boat cruise to get the photograph box. Then go on a boat cruise from Koume and get a picture of the Deku King.
Give the Nut outside of the boat cruise center the title deed from Clock Town and use the flower to get up to the roof of the boat cruise center.
In the north west part of the palace gardens in the Deku Palace is a piece of heart sitting right out in the open!
To the left of the entrance to Woodfall in a chest is a piece of heart.
Go to the Swamp Shooting Gallery and get a perfect score AFTER you get the biggest quiver you can get.(see upgradable items section)
Snowhead
Beat the Snowhead Temple and go to the Twin Islands(area by the Goron Race Track). Use your Zora Mask to sink to the bottom of the water to open the chest.
Give the swamp deed to the nut in the Goron Village by the Goron gatekeeper. Become Deku Link and fly to the platform above.
Beat the Snowhead Temple and get the Don Gero's Mask and get the 5 frogs together.
On the way to Snowhead Temple look for two sets of ramps going up and a platform, then use the lens of truth to find some blocks. On the last block play the Scarecrow's Song and hookshot to him.
Great Bay
In the Zora Cape by the water fall is a Like-Like, kill it to get a piece of heart.
In the Marine Research Lab put four bottles of fish into the tank with the biq fish by the door.
Go into the Zora Hall and as Zora Link read Mikau's journal and write down the notes. Next go in Japas room and play the notes you wrote down as Link for the guy in the room next door.
Give the mountain deed from the nut to the nut in Lulu's room and then fly to the ledge with the heart.
In the Gerudo's Fortress by the cage about halfway in break the barrels, then hit the swith with Zora Links fins and run into the cell.
Give the person in the shop by the water a picture of a Gerudo and he gives you a sea horse. Let the sea horse go at Pinnacle Rock and kill all of the sea snakes.
In the Waterfall Rapids race the beavers twice and go through all of the rings.
By the Gerudo Fortress walls that are sealed look for a bunch of bulls-eye targets for your hookshot on a biq wall with vines and water. Plant a magic bean at the hookshot area and water it so it can grow. Play the Scarecrow's Song. Beat the Great Bay Temple and travel to the five islands by boat. Get a score of at least 20 points.
In the Oceanside Spider House talk to the Stalchildren and shoot the colored shields in the correct order.
Ikana
On the second night have the Stalchildren open the grave and go in and use the lens of truth. At the end of the passage is an Iron Nuckle.
In Ikana Canyon give the ocean deed to him and fly to the piece of heart.
Take the door to the left in the Ancient Castle Of Ikana and climb up to the top. Hit the switch and fly as Duku Link to the heart.
Defeat the Poe's in the Ghost Hut.
Defeat all of the enemies in the Secret Shrine
Mini Levels on the Moon
There is a piece of heart in every Mini dungeon on the moon.
Heart Containers
There is a heart container in every dungeon after you defeat the boss. A heart container gives you an extra heart, four heart pieces are the same as a heart container.
