TWW has a colorful cast of characters. From the hero to his little Grandmother, here's every somewhat important character in TWW.

Link: The Hero of Winds

Link, a reincarnation of the original Link of OOT, lives at Outset Island until his Coming of Age Birthday when he must go off on a wild adventure to save his sister and the WORLD!

Ganon / Ganondorf: King of All Evil!
Born as Ganondorf every 100 years, a thief of the Guerdo Tribe, Ganondorf has risen to power and enshrouded the mighty land of Hyrule more than once. The only times he has been toppled were by the combined efforts of a hero in green and a Hylian Princess named Zelda.

He holds one of the pieces of the Triforce, the Triforce of Power. He also has command of a huge army that includes Beasts, ghosts, monsters, and much more devious things. You see this fearsome man many times this great game, but you only fight in the game's excting climax, at Ganon's Tower.

Tetra

Tetra, the surpisingly young Captain of a pirate ship, is a main character of TWW. She's strong-willed and bossy, but shec seems to have a soft spot for Link. Since Link saved her, she's a devoted friend and ally, usally at the cost of her and her crew's safety.

Princess Zelda

Zelda is the long-lost heir to the lost land of Hyrule and the Triforce of Wisdom. Sadly, no one knows who or where she is. But one thing is for sure: with a Green-clad hero, and a archfiend Ganondorf, Zelda is bound to show up!!

The King of Red Lions

TKORL is the only talking boat in the Great Sea. When you first meet him, he's sail-less and says he will help you save your sister. He's Link's only form of water transportation, Ancient Hylian translator, slices, dices.... oops, wrong object. and always seems to know more about their current situation than he's willing to explain.

Valoo

Valoo is the spirit of the gods and the reason for Dragon Roost Island. He is the protector of the Ruto and is cared by them in trade. When Ruto come of age, they must climb up the mountainand retrieve a single scale to grow their wings. Valoo only speaks in Ancient Hylian and is translated only by Medli, his assistant.
As Ganondorf comes back to power, he sends an army of enemies to go harass Valoo. The only way to restore Valoo's sanity, you must defeat Gohma.

The Great Deku Tree

The Great Deku Tree is the little seedling from OOT. He is one of the oldest and wisest beings in the Great Sea. He guards forests and the earth. Since he's a plant, he highly able to become easy prey.

Jabun

Jabun (Jabu-Jabu of OOT) is the noble, but sometimes arrogant water spirit of Earth. He currently lives in Outset Island, hiding from Ganondorf, his pursuer. Also, he only speaks Ancient Hylian, so few understand him.
